O Heavenly Father,

Meeting Reminder:
Monday, August 9th the Trustees meet at 6:00 pm
Administrative Council meeting is at 6:30 pm

The United Methodist Women are meeting on Saturday, August 21 at 10:00 am. 

‘New Beginnings’- Women’s Retreat, hosted by the Fruitland Church of the Brethren, is coming up soon – August 13-15, at Camp Stover in New Meadows. Registration deadline is August 10th. For more information, see the church bulletin board, or call Lorraine Hunsucker at 541-216-1119 to register. Pam Hardenbrook and Letha Essinger will be leading the study on Ruth. 

Socks and Undies for Little Grizzlies – During the month of August, the United Methodist Women are collecting socks and undies for Little Grizzlies. These will be used when there are ‘accidents’ or ‘emergencies’ with children in the Fruitland School Kindergarten building. Needed are little kids socks sizes S or M and boys briefs or girls panties sizes 4,6,8,10 or S & M. Anyone wanting to help can put socks or undies in the basket on the steps at the back of the sanctuary.
